Your North Richland Hills Party Bus With Popular Amenities
Party buses typically come loaded with color-changing LED lighting, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, and a full-length bar area. Minibuses are the right call when your group needs comfortable A/C and reclining seats on a point-to-point run — shuttling employees between a North Richland Hills office park and a Downtown Fort Worth venue, for example, where maneuverability on narrower city streets matters.
Full-size charter buses bring undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms into the equation, which makes a real difference on a long haul out to Texas Motor Speedway or a multi-stop Stockyards tour. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, so compare options directly on the site or call 682-882-9570 to see what's available for your date.

Compare North Richland Hills Party Bus Prices Side by Side
Most people trying to rent a bus in North Richland Hills start by Googling local companies, calling each one during business hours, describing the same trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks with quotes that don't line up. That whole process can take days — and it still might not surface the right vehicle at the right price for your date.
Fortworthpartybuscompany.com skips all of that. Fill out one quick form — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and compare vehicles and pricing from different providers serving the North Richland Hills and Fort Worth area in seconds. No account required.
No obligation. The online tool runs 24 hours a day, and you can call 682-882-9570 every day of the year to build a custom quote around your exact headcount, itinerary, and budget.
Not being tied to one fleet is the whole point. When one provider is booked on your date, there are still other options to compare. You see more options across multiple providers, not a waitlist.

North Richland Hills Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) sits roughly 15 miles southwest of North Richland Hills via TX-183 West — and if your group is flying out together, that corridor on a Monday morning or a holiday Sunday is a known grind. DFW handles more than 80 million passengers a year across five active terminals (A through E), and ground transportation for charter buses and oversized vehicles uses the Upper Level departures roadway for drop-off at each terminal's curbside zone. For arrivals, the official DFW ground transportation page outlines the lower-level baggage claim pickup approach for pre-arranged buses.
Dallas Love Field (DAL) is another option for groups flying Southwest, about 20 miles southeast via I-820. Coordinating a charter bus pickup from either airport eliminates the post-flight scramble of splitting a large group across multiple rideshares — one bus, one pickup point, one flat rate to your hotel or venue. Call 682-882-9570 to set up a North Richland Hills airport shuttle for your next group flight.

North Richland Hills Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Fort Worth Stockyards (130 E Exchange Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76164) is the go-to anchor stop for bachelor and bachelorette groups out of North Richland Hills — about 10 miles southwest on I-820 — with Billy Bob's Texas, Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, and a stretch of honky-tonks all within walking distance of each other once the bus drops you. Parking at the Stockyards on a Friday or Saturday night is aggressively difficult: the surface lots on Exchange Avenue fill before 8pm, and the surrounding neighborhood streets are metered and monitored.
A North Richland Hills bachelorette party bus with LED lighting, a sound system, and perimeter seating keeps the energy building from the first pickup through every stop on the night's itinerary — no one's stuck being the sober navigator, and the group stays together from start to finish. Call 682-882-9570 to get started.

North Richland Hills Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival makes a statement for milestone birthdays, Sweet 16s, and quinceañeras — and the DFW Metroplex has no shortage of celebration venues worth arriving to in style. Event spaces like Venue at Weatherford Circle in Fort Worth and banquet halls along the North Richland Hills and Haltom City corridor host large quinceañera receptions regularly. Getting 25 or 30 guests to and from a venue in North Tarrant County without coordinating a convoy of personal vehicles is the real headache — and a 25- or 30-passenger party bus solves it in one shot.
A North Richland Hills birthday party bus rental can be arranged in white, black, or silver to match a color theme. Fill out the quick form online or call 682-882-9570 — quote in about a minute, no account needed.

North Richland Hills Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Dickies Arena (1911 Montgomery St, Fort Worth, TX 76107) is the closest major concert venue for North Richland Hills residents — about 12 miles south on I-820 — and it pulls in major touring acts year-round with a capacity of 14,000. The arena sits right off the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus, and while on-site parking exists, the lots on Montgomery Street and Gendy Street fill fast on sold-out nights, and the exit queue onto I-30 after a show can add 45 minutes to what should be a 15-minute drive.
For stadium-level shows, AT&T Stadium in Arlington hosts concerts for 80,000+ — the walk from remote parking on those nights is real and long. A North Richland Hills concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and picks everyone up after the last song, so the post-show exit is already handled. Call 682-882-9570 for concert transportation quotes.
Check out the Dickies Arena bus rental guide before your next show.

North Richland Hills Corporate Event Transportation
North Richland Hills has a concentrated cluster of office parks and corporate campuses along Rufe Snow Drive, Mid-Cities Boulevard, and the TX-26 corridor — and shuttling employees between a North Richland Hills headquarters and a Downtown Fort Worth conference venue means navigating I-820 during peak hours both ways. A minibus handles that run cleanly, keeps employees on a consistent schedule, and takes parking costs off the company's tab entirely — Downtown Fort Worth garages near Sundance Square run $15–$25 on event evenings.
For larger corporate events at the Fort Worth Convention Center (1201 Houston St, Fort Worth, TX 76102), a 40–56 passenger charter bus keeps an entire department on the same arrival time without anyone circling for street parking in the convention district. The Fort Worth corporate transportation page has more detail. Call 682-882-9570 to discuss shuttle contracts and group rates.

North Richland Hills Private Event Transportation Services
North Richland Hills and the surrounding Mid-Cities area host everything from family reunions at North Hills Mall-area event spaces to large church gatherings that need coordinated transportation across multiple pickup points in Birdville ISD neighborhoods. When your itinerary spans multiple stops — dinner in Southlake, a live music set in the Stockyards, a late-night finish in Downtown Fort Worth — a charter bus or party bus keeps the whole group on one schedule instead of splitting into a five-car caravan and hoping everyone arrives at the same time.
The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo each January at Will Rogers Memorial Center (3401 W Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76107) draws 1 million+ attendees over three weeks — parking on the grounds fills early, and the surrounding streets around University Drive turn gridlocked by early afternoon on busy weekend sessions. A private event charter bus rental solves that by dropping your group at the venue entrance. Call 682-882-9570 to plan your itinerary.

North Richland Hills Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Richland High School, Birdville High School, and Haltom High School all draw from the North Richland Hills area, and prom season — typically late April through mid-May — is the single busiest period of the year for party bus rentals across Tarrant County. Every high school in the Birdville ISD corridor books during the same 5-week window, which means availability gets tight fast. For prom: book by January or expect reduced availability and higher pricing come spring.
Waiting until March or April to figure out transportation is genuinely risky — groups that call in December lock in better rates and first choice of vehicle. A North Richland Hills prom party bus with LED lighting and a Bluetooth sound system makes the pre-prom photos and the post-prom dinner all part of the same celebration. Call 682-882-9570 now.

North Richland Hills School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Schools across the Birdville ISD — from Richland Middle School to the high schools along Rufe Snow Drive — regularly organize field trips to destinations like the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History (1600 Gendy St, Fort Worth, TX 76107), the Fort Worth Zoo (1989 Colonial Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76110), and the Fort Worth Botanic Garden (3220 Botanic Garden Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). The Fort Worth Zoo sees more than 1 million visitors annually, and group bus parking for school trips uses the designated bus lane off Colonial Parkway — confirming the exact drop-off with the Fort Worth Zoo's group tickets page before your date is the right move.
A North Richland Hills school field trip bus rental with onboard PA, overhead storage, and reclining seats is a significant upgrade over yellow bus logistics for longer runs. ADA-accessible vehicles are available — just mention it when you request a quote at 682-882-9570.

North Richland Hills Sporting Event Transportation
AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) is about 20 miles south of North Richland Hills via I-820 and TX-360, and Cowboys game days turn that entire stretch of TX-360 into a standstill by early afternoon. The stadium's nearest rideshare staging area requires a meaningful walk from the gates, and parking passes in the stadium's own lots run $75–$150 on major game days — paid in advance, non-refundable. A group of 30 fans splitting one charter bus comes out ahead of that math without anyone circling.
Check out the AT&T Stadium bus rental guide for the full approach.
Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011) is right next door for Rangers games, and Texas Motor Speedway (3545 Lone Star Cir, Fort Worth, TX 76177) is just 15 miles north of North Richland Hills for NASCAR weekends — when TMS fills to capacity, I-35W northbound becomes a parking lot for miles. A North Richland Hills sporting event bus rental handles the whole route. Call 682-882-9570 to compare options.

North Richland Hills Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
North Richland Hills wedding groups frequently use venues across the Mid-Cities and Fort Worth corridor — spaces like The Bowden in Fort Worth, Waterway Venue in Hurst, and Ashton Depot in Downtown Fort Worth — and coordinating guest shuttles between hotel room blocks in North Richland Hills and a ceremony venue 12 miles away is one of those logistics tasks that sounds simple until you try to manage it the day before the wedding. A minibus running timed shuttle loops from a hotel on NE Loop 820 to the venue and back handles it cleanly, so guests aren't hunting for parking or calling rideshares in formalwear.
The 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural fit for bridal party transportation on the day itself — premium interior, easy boarding, and the kind of entrance that photographs well. A North Richland Hills wedding shuttle quote takes about a minute. Call 682-882-9570 to get started.

North Richland Hills Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Texas wine country is more accessible from North Richland Hills than most locals realize. Grapevine — just 12 miles west on TX-26 — bills itself as the "Christmas Capital of Texas" and hosts more than 50 tasting rooms and wineries, including Delaney Vineyards (2000 Champagne Blvd, Grapevine, TX 76051) and Cross Timbers Winery (805 N Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051). The Historic Downtown Grapevine strip along Main Street is walkable once your group arrives, but getting 15–20 people there and back across I-820 and TX-26 without a designated vehicle means someone is either skipping the tasting or calling an Uber at 9pm.
For pub crawls closer to home, the stretch of bars and gastropubs along Bedford Road and in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford corridor is close enough for a tight North Richland Hills itinerary. A North Richland Hills winery tour bus rental keeps the group together at every stop. Call 682-882-9570 to compare options.

How much does a party bus cost in North Richland Hills?
Party bus rental prices in North Richland Hills vary with vehicle size, the date, and how long you need the bus. Planning ranges: a 15-passenger party bus runs $200–$350/hour on weekdays; a 25-passenger party bus runs $275–$375/hour on weekends; a 40–56 passenger charter bus runs $200–$350/hour with per-day rates from $1,350–$2,850. Pricing for your specific trip moves with demand and availability — fill out the form or call 682-882-9570 and get your quote in about a minute.
The Fort Worth party bus prices page has the full breakdown.
Which bus size is right for my North Richland Hills group?
For groups up to 14, a Sprinter limo or Sprinter van handles airport runs and small event transfers cleanly. Groups of 15–35 fit comfortably in a minibus or a party bus depending on whether you want onboard amenities. Groups of 36–56 should look at a full-size charter bus, which adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — important on longer runs like Texas Motor Speedway or a Grapevine wine tour.
Not sure? Call 682-882-9570 and an agent can walk through the options based on your specific headcount and itinerary.
Do buses go to DFW Airport from North Richland Hills?
Yes. Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is roughly 15 miles from North Richland Hills via TX-183 West, and airport transfer vehicles are available in multiple sizes. DFW drop-off uses the Upper Level departures roadway at each terminal.
For arrivals, have your group fully assembled with luggage at the agreed-upon lower-level baggage claim exit before the bus moves to the commercial pickup lane — timing coordination at a high-traffic airport matters. See the Fort Worth airport transportation page or call 682-882-9570 to set up your transfer.
Can a charter bus get into the Fort Worth Stockyards?
Yes, though Exchange Avenue in the Stockyards district has limited curbside space on busy weekend nights. Full-size charter buses typically drop groups at the Exchange Avenue entrance or the adjacent surface lots on North Main Street and stage nearby while the group is inside — the exact approach depends on the event and the time. Parking on the Stockyards' own surface lots fills before 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Read the Fort Worth Stockyards bus rental guide before your visit to nail the logistics.
What's the biggest event in the Fort Worth area I should book transportation for early?
The Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo runs three weeks in January at Will Rogers Memorial Center and draws more than 1 million attendees — it is the single largest event in the region for transportation demand, and party bus and charter bus availability tightens fast for weekend sessions. NASCAR weekends at Texas Motor Speedway in June and October fill the I-35W corridor. Cowboys playoff games at AT&T Stadium and prom season in April–May are the other windows where booking 2–3 months ahead makes a material difference in what's available and what it costs.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard weekend outings in North Richland Hills — a birthday run to the Stockyards, a bachelorette night in Downtown Fort Worth — 3–6 weeks of lead time is workable for most of the year. For prom (book by January), the Stock Show (book by November), Cowboys playoff runs, and NASCAR weekends at Texas Motor Speedway (book 8–12 weeks out), waiting until the last month genuinely risks higher rates or no availability. The earlier you call 682-882-9570 or fill out the form, the better your vehicle selection and pricing.
Popular North Richland Hills Party Bus Destinations
North Richland Hills is positioned right in the middle of the Metroplex, which means a long list of major venues is within easy bus range. Here are six destinations your group is likely heading to — with the logistical details that actually matter for planning your trip.

AT&T Stadium
AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) seats 80,000 for Cowboys games and expands past 100,000 for major events with standing-room areas, making it the largest stadium in the NFL by capacity. From North Richland Hills, the route south on I-820 to TX-360 South is about 20 miles — and on game days, TX-360 begins stacking up hours before kickoff. The stadium's own parking lots charge $75–$150 for premium passes purchased well in advance, and day-of options are significantly more expensive and farther from the gates.
Rideshare staging requires a long walk after the game. A charter bus drops your group on the pedestrian plaza and has a confirmed pickup plan before anyone leaves the building. Check the AT&T Stadium charter bus guide for the full approach, and review the official AT&T Stadium parking page before your visit.
Address: 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011 | Phone: (817) 892-4161

Dickies Arena
Dickies Arena (1911 Montgomery St, Fort Worth, TX 76107) is a 14,000-seat venue about 12 miles southwest of North Richland Hills, and it pulls in major touring concerts, WWE events, and college sports year-round. The arena sits on the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus, where parking on Montgomery Street and Gendy Street fills on sold-out nights. The I-30 on-ramp near University Drive backs up badly post-event — plan on 30–45 minutes sitting in queue if you drove yourself.
A North Richland Hills concert bus rental drops your group at the arena entrance and eliminates that exit entirely. Review the official Dickies Arena website before your show, and read the Dickies Arena bus rental guide for group logistics.
Address: 1911 Montgomery St, Fort Worth, TX 76107 | Phone: (817) 385-8800

Texas Motor Speedway
Texas Motor Speedway (3545 Lone Star Cir, Fort Worth, TX 76177) is just 15 miles north of North Richland Hills on I-35W, and it seats roughly 75,000 fans — one of the larger NASCAR tracks in the country. During NASCAR Cup Series weekends (typically June and October), I-35W northbound becomes a genuine parking lot for miles south of the speedway, and the Texas Department of Transportation issues specific road closure and detour advisories for each race weekend. TMS designates bus and RV parking in specific lots on the property; review the official TMS visitor guide before race day to confirm current lot assignments.
A charter bus from North Richland Hills keeps your entire fan group together on the approach and eliminates the post-race I-35W crawl back. Read the Texas Motor Speedway bus rental guide for group logistics.
Address: 3545 Lone Star Cir, Fort Worth, TX 76177 | Phone: (817) 215-8500

Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District
The Fort Worth Stockyards (130 E Exchange Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76164) is about 10 miles from North Richland Hills and contains Billy Bob's Texas — the world's largest honky-tonk — alongside two daily cattle drives on Exchange Avenue, Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, and a full block of bars and Western wear shops. On Friday and Saturday nights, every surface lot along Exchange Avenue and North Main Street fills before 8pm, and the surrounding neighborhood streets are metered. Getting 20 people there by car means 4–5 separate vehicles, 4–5 parking transactions, and 4–5 coordinated pickup calls at the end of the night.
A party bus handles all of it in one move. Read the Stockyards bus rental guide before your visit.
Address: 130 E Exchange Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76164 | Phone: (817) 624-4741

Globe Life Field
Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011) is the home of the Texas Rangers and sits directly adjacent to AT&T Stadium in Arlington — about 20 miles south of North Richland Hills via I-820 and TX-360. The ballpark holds 40,300 and is fully climate-controlled, which matters during Texas summer games when the temperature at first pitch is still in the 90s. Rangers game days share the same TX-360 traffic stack as Cowboys game days, and the Globe Life Field parking lots charge $20–$40 with the best spots selling in advance.
The stadium's bus and charter vehicle approach uses Stadium Drive; confirm current drop-off procedures with the ballpark before your game day. Read the Globe Life Field bus rental guide for the full parking and drop-off breakdown.
Address: 734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011 | Phone: (817) 533-1972

Delaney Vineyards
Delaney Vineyards (2000 Champagne Blvd, Grapevine, TX 76051) is one of the largest wineries in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, producing estate wines across more than 30 acres in Grapevine — about 12 miles west of North Richland Hills on TX-26. The winery offers tastings, vineyard tours, and event space, and Historic Downtown Grapevine's Main Street tasting room corridor is a natural second stop on the same afternoon. Grapevine is a walkable destination once your group arrives, but parking in historic downtown on a Saturday afternoon is legitimately scarce, and the drive back on TX-26 and I-820 during early evening hours is a known slowdown.
A North Richland Hills winery tour bus keeps everyone together across every stop without anyone navigating the return trip. See the Delaney Vineyards website for current tasting hours before you visit.
Address: 2000 Champagne Blvd, Grapevine, TX 76051 | Phone: (817) 481-5668
